Safety is our #1 priority! All of our camp activities and excursions are carefully planned to prevent accidents and maximize the safety of all our campers and staff. We work hard to minimize risk without compromising the fun factor of all our camp activities so we can make camp the safest place for your children to learn new skills, improve those already learnt, and become the best version of themselves so they can lead the world towards an intelligent, sustainable and prosperous place for all. 

Our staff members are carefully selected and trained to make sure our campers have the best summer of their lives in the safest way possible. Most of our staff ages range from 18 to 35 years, they are multicultural, multilingual, outgoing and fun, and they are all trained with First Aid & CPR and cleared a criminal background check. Many of them are previous campers who grew into CIT'S and then became our best staff members.

Our staff consist of camp counsellors (1 for every 8 campers), senior counsellors, coordinators, lifeguards, nurses, drivers, cooks, servers, housekeepers, security guards, administrative staff and the camp director who lives on campus during the summer to ensure we deliver the best summer camp in the country with the highest standards possible.
